Yes. Free includes core note-taking, organization, local Quick Find, Markdown and text export, portable archives, three saved templates, and a limited one-time Fast text AI trial for a verified account.
Pro AI capacity refreshes monthly. Short requests and the Fast model use less capacity; longer context, more capable models, research, transcription, and rewrites use more. Asterive shows your remaining percentage and reset date.
Stripe card subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. Crypto purchases are prepaid and renew only when you choose to pay again.
Cancelling a card subscription stops the next renewal and normally keeps Pro active through the paid period. Crypto has no automatic renewal. Cancelling does not delete your notes, files, or account.
A full refund can be requested within seven calendar days of an eligible initial Stripe card payment or automatic card renewal. Crypto is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You can still create a Free account and upgrade later. Existing subscriptions and valid payment reconciliation are not affected when new checkout is temporarily unavailable.
