Private object storage keeps note files owner-scoped, while selected AI context may be sent to the configured provider when a user invokes AI.

Remote embeddings and automatic recording transcription for search are separate opt-in settings; OCR runs locally.

Confirmed account deletion disables access immediately and follows the documented live-data and backup cleanup process.
